This book and the author, S Garlieb, are fabulous. The book is actually part of a succinct, practical step-by-step process from resume building, to interview preparation, to final negotiations - - most authors focus on one of these areas but Ms Garlieb has developed a total process which can be used separately or as a whole. The guides can be tools for improving position within an organization and/or greatly assist with new opportunities. Their user friendly and extremely helpful!
