Sell Yourself on Paper with a Competitive Resume-Coverletter Combination

Sell Yourself on Paper with a competitive r&eacqute;sum&eacqute;cover letter combination came about as a result of my experience as a professional r&eacqute;sum&eacqute; writer in the early part of my writing career. I wanted to write the best r&eacqute;sum&eacqute;s possible for my clients and did a great deal of research. I kept in touch with clients and found out what worked. And finally, put all that I learned together in this book.

5 Stars More than worth the price
I haven’t had to look for a job in some time, so I was a bit rusty, and needed a new resume. There are quite a few highly rated books out there, but I thought I’d see if I could get by with the cheap-o route. Was I pleasantly surprised. At over a 100 pages it’s quite a bit to read, but do read every bit.
I had done a rough draft before I got the book. I realized after reading it that the rough draft was far off track and did not really show an employer what I could do for him.
The best part of this book was how set your mind to the proper selling attitude and then use that attitude in the resume to get a job. I used what I learned and got 5 interviews in the first week.
There are sections on the different types of resume and their uses, and an an in-depth discussion of how to use a cover letter to introduce your resume with the proper selling attitude.
I had considered trying the $200 plus writing services on Monster but I never needed to. The selling attitude even helped me in the interview for the job I finally got.
All in all, this was well worth it.
